The Kaweah Coalition is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to preserving the rural legacy of the Tulare County foothills through responsible land use planning and advocacy.

We are unified under a common goal: to preserve and protect our rural and agricultural legacy while promoting sustainable growth and economic interests.

The community of Three Rivers has worked diligently for generations to uphold these values. Commercial tourism, vacation rentals, wedding venues, and local restaurants and businesses are all entirely supported by our community values and land ethics. Ensuring that commercial development is supported by adequate infrastructure is extremely important in our little rural town, where wildfire is a constant threat. We believe in keeping our open space open, while supporting business in appropriate areas.
